SILD currently supports 17 languages: English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, and Tagalog. More languages are coming soon.
SILD uses AI translation powered by OpenAI, enhanced with industry-specific vocabulary for apparel, electronics, food & beverage, furniture, automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Users can also build shared glossaries and submit corrections to continuously improve translation quality for their specific business context.

Yes. You can share images, PDFs, and spreadsheets directly in SILD. The app detects and translates text in documents including factory photos, technical drawings, and spreadsheets. Document translation is available on Pro and Team plans.
A partner workspace is a shared space between two organizations — for example, a retailer and a manufacturer. Both teams join the workspace, and each person reads messages in their own language. It includes shared channels, reference tracking, task management, and a collaborative glossary.
SILD uses session-based authentication with encrypted connections. Translations are processed via secure API calls to OpenAI. Organizations can configure data retention policies from 30 days to permanent. We are GDPR and APPI compliant, with full data export and account deletion support.
Go to Organization Settings, then Partner Workspaces, and select Create Partner Workspace. Enter your partner's admin email address. They'll receive an invitation, and once they accept, both teams can start communicating immediately.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained according to your organization's retention policy.
